This website
This website is informational. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, contact forms or user accounts. It does not collect personal data from visitors. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operation, as any web server does; we do not use them to identify visitors.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies of any kind and loads nothing from third parties. The notice at the bottom of the page is there to say exactly that: there is nothing to consent to. When you close the notice, your browser remembers that choice only until you close it (session storage, no cookie), so the notice does not reappear on every page; that is the only thing this website stores, and it contains no information about you. If this ever changes, this section will say which cookies are used and why, and you will be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is set, as EU law requires.
Purchases on Etsy
Our products are sold through Etsy. When you buy a kit, Etsy processes your payment and shares with us only what a seller needs to fulfil the order: your Etsy username, the order details and any messages you send us. That data is governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy. We use it only to deliver your files and answer your questions, and we do not add you to mailing lists or share it with anyone else.
If you write to us at the address above, we keep your message for as long as needed to answer it and handle any follow-up, and we do not use your address for anything else.
Google services we use
We deliver the Google Docs version of each kit through Google Drive. To do so, our own software connects to the Google Drive API under our brand's Google account, using the most limited permission Google offers ("drive.file"): it can only create and manage the template files it uploads itself. It never accesses any Google account, file or data belonging to a customer or visitor. When you open one of our template links and make a copy, that copy is created in your own Google account, under Google's terms and privacy policy, and we have no access to it.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to the address above and we will answer within one month. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
