This website

This website presents our products and links to our Etsy shop. You may browse it freely. Its content (text, design, images) belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use.

Purchases

All purchases are made on Etsy and are subject to Etsy's Terms of Use and to the policies shown on each listing. Prices, delivery and any refund are handled through Etsy. Our products are digital downloads: files are available immediately after purchase, so, as stated on each listing, they are not returnable once downloaded; if a file does not open or is not as described, write to us through Etsy and we will fix it.

Licence for the templates

When you buy a kit you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates to create your own resume, cover letter and references, for as many job applications as you like, and to share the documents you create with employers and recruiters. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the templates or any modified version of them, publish them as your own, or use them to offer resume-writing services to third parties without our written permission.

Google Docs links

The Google Docs version of a kit is provided as links that let you make your own copy. The links are for your use as a buyer; please do not publish them. We keep the originals available, but we may replace a link if it is being abused, and will provide a new one to buyers on request.

What we promise, and what we do not

The templates are designed and checked to be read correctly by applicant tracking systems and to open correctly in Microsoft Word, Google Docs and LibreOffice. We cannot guarantee any outcome of a job application, and we are not responsible for how you fill in the templates or for the content you add. Example names, companies and details in the templates are fictional.

Use of AI

AI tools assist in drafting example content and reviewing our kits. The design, the structure and the final checks are our own work. This is disclosed on every Etsy listing, as Etsy requires.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the rights your own country's consumer law gives you. Disputes about a purchase go first through Etsy's resolution process.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date.
